Wellness — Massages
Touch is one of the simplest and most essential forms of care.
Massages
At Infusão, we combine different massage techniques, carefully selected oils and special attention to the needs of each person.
From gentle movements to deeper muscle techniques, each treatment respects the rhythm and particularities of your body.
Relaxing Massage
A pause for body and mind. With flowing movements, gentle to moderate pressure and carefully selected oils, this massage helps ease everyday tension and leaves a pleasant feeling of rest.
Deep Tissue Massage
For those who prefer a more intense massage. With slow movements, deep pressure and sports massage techniques, we work on the areas of greatest muscle tension, helping to ease stiffness and improve the feeling of mobility. Each session is adapted to the needs and limits of your body.
Therapeutic Massage
A personalised massage that combines different manual techniques, chosen for the needs of each person. The work focuses on the areas of greatest discomfort and muscle tension, to ease stiffness and bring more comfort to your movements.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A massage technique of gentle, slow and rhythmic movements that follow the pathways of the lymphatic system. Recommended for specific cases of fluid retention and oedema, subject to assessment, it aims to support lymphatic drainage and bring a feeling of lightness.
Pregnancy Massage
Care designed to accompany the changes of the body during pregnancy. With gentle movements, comfortable positioning and techniques adapted to each stage of pregnancy, this massage aims to ease muscle tension and offer a moment of rest and comfort.
Treatment subject to prior assessment and to safety conditions during pregnancy.
Hot Stone Massage
The warmth of the stones combines with massage movements for a feeling of comfort and relaxation. The heated stones are used with care, complementing the manual work and helping to ease the feeling of muscle tension.
Foot Reflexology
Caring for your feet is also a way of caring for your body. Reflexology uses pressure techniques on specific points of the feet, combined with massage movements that help ease tension and bring a pleasant feeling of relaxation and well-being.
