This policy explains which cookies the Infusão Spa website uses and why. Please read it together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the website remember information between pages and visits, for example that you are signed in.

2. Who is responsible

This website is operated by Infusão Spa Unipessoal, Lda., NIF 519356730, Rua da Bica do Marquês 43 A, 1300-087 Lisboa, Portugal. For any question about cookies, write to privacidade@infusaospa.com.

3. Essential cookies

These cookies make the website work and remember your choices. They need no consent:

• session_id: keeps you signed in and protects forms. It ends when your session ends or expires.
• frontend_lang: remembers your language.
• Cookie banner choice: your answer to the cookie banner, stored in your browser so that we do not ask again on every page.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: on the sign-up, sign-in and password reset forms, Cloudflare may store the technical data it strictly needs to tell people from automated programs. It is not used for advertising or tracking.

4. Analytics cookies, only with your consent

If you click "I agree" in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to count visits and learn which pages are useful, so that we can improve the website:

• _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier: tell visitors and visits apart. Kept for up to 2 years.
• Campaign cookies: if you arrive from a link of one of our campaigns, remember which campaign for 31 days.

Google Ireland Limited acts as our processor. Google Analytics does not store your IP address; it records the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser, and your approximate location. We keep this data for up to 14 months. Google may process it in the United States, under the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy. If you choose "Only essentials", Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

We do not use advertising or social media tracking cookies, and we do not share cookie data with advertisers.

5. Changing your choice and deleting cookies

You can change your choice at any time: the button at the bottom of this page reopens the cookie banner. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, usually under privacy or cookies; your browser's help pages explain how. Without the session cookie you cannot sign in or book online.

6. Changes to this policy

If we start using other cookies, we will update this page with a new date and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.
